Payment Policy / Information
For high-value items ($5,000+) we collect a deposit as a first step in purchasing the product. Deposits cancelled in under 48 hours from the initial payment are refundable. Beyond that time, we don’t provide deposit refunds.
We will contact you directly once the deposit has registered with us and discuss subsequent payment options and shipping delivery dates. We accept only bank wires for large sums ($10,000+) and will provide those banking details to you directly.

We can ship to virtually any address in the United States and Canada.
Home-Use Products (under 10lbs): When you place an order for a Home Use item or items which are mostly under 10 lbs, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Professional Devices (10lbs and higher): When you place an order for a Professional Product like an aesthetic device (over 10lbs). we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Shipping rates are weight based and rounded up to the next full pound.
For large and high-value items like aesthetic lasers, we will contact you directly to provide more accurate delivery dates and to discuss second payment specifics (after the initial deposit is placed).
Returns Policy / Information
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at info@aesthetics-exchange.com.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 30 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
